Account security
- Authentication is handled through an established identity provider.
- We encourage the use of strong authentication methods and multi-factor authentication where available.
Financial data connectivity (Plaid)
- When you connect accounts, authentication is completed through Plaid’s flow.
- We do not receive or store your bank login credentials.
- We access only the data you authorize through Plaid and the Service.
Data protection
- We use encryption in transit (TLS) for network communications.
- We use provider-managed security controls for hosting and storage where applicable.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
